Warranty conditions

Products bought from Eardopes on bol.com have a 24-month warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by use (drops, moisture, incorrect charging) or consumables such as foam ear tips. Within 30 days of delivery you can return or exchange the product via bol.com.

Under warranty we replace the product. Send the complete product (including the charging case, without the retail box) with the free shipping label within 30 days. As soon as the parcel is delivered at our warranty location we send a replacement; if the product is no longer available, we send a comparable product of similar value. Returned products are not sent back.
