Eardopes B.V. uses the details you enter here (order number, postcode, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, your description of the problem and the conversation with the assistant) only to handle your warranty request: to verify your bol.com order, create a shipping label and send a replacement product. Your bol.com order number is checked against our own order records and, for recent orders, with bol.com.

Your conversation with the assistant is processed by an AI service to formulate the answers. We keep the details of a completed request for at most 24 months and then anonymise them; label documents and photos are deleted after 6 months.
